Exchange or Return

All customers can request an exchange or return of their rug up to 14 days from the delivery date.

To return or exchange a rug for another, please email us at info@tiendadealfombras.com with your request.

Returns or exchanges have no additional cost for orders over €200 and are completely free (in Spain) as long as the rug has not been used.

What will the process or refund be like?

We will contact the shipping company to pick up the rug at the same delivery address.

The customer must leave the rug as it was delivered (folded) and protect it so that it doesn't suffer any damage during transport.

Once the rug arrives at our warehouse, it will be inspected, and if there is no damage*, a full refund will be approved.

* If the rug is damaged during shipping, the customer is responsible for repairing the damage, provided the damage was due to poor packaging.

* If the returned rug shows signs of use, damage, or stains, the return will not be accepted and the customer will be responsible for shipping costs.

* If the rug is used, no returns or exchanges are accepted.
